3- European 1st class tension bands are closely distributed beneath each seat to provide maximum comfort and durability.
4- Layers of high density fiber and foam are used to make up the arms.
5- The choice of fabrics upholstery and their respective accessories are left to be decided by the client and his own taste and/or budget.
6- High density edge profile is combined with foams, felts, and fibers to form a durable but flexible seat base for comfort purposes when sitting on the edge and to prevent the seat cushion from sliding out of place.
7- Structural frames are made from carefully selected seasoned and finished hardwoods such as spruce and pine, glued, screwed, and triple or double dowelled as appropriate.
8- Double frame corners are specially made and cut to dimension braced and screwed at each corner.
9- In the larger items, a curved support joins
the front to the front to the end, fitted with
foam and fiber to offer whoever might sit on
that connection maximum comfort and to minimize
friction between the support bands and wood,
hence maximizing its lifespan.
10- Protective layers of Hessian and polyester fiber are applied from below with a zipper to provide you with the ability to look for yourself and observe what’s inside.
